A4e delivers frontline public services on an increasingly global basis. Formed over 20 years ago from Sheffield, A4e operate from over 201 locations globally in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australasia. A4e employ over 3,100 people and have a supply chain of over 700 organisations. Last year A4e assisted 19,572 people into work, helped 10,695 people to gain a qualification, worked with 13,523 employers to improve the capability of their workforces and helped 79 third sector organisations.

A4e are funded by Governments’ agencies and departments. A4e customers and service users are individuals, organisations and communities. Central to this work is the personalisation of frontline public services. Typically focusing on the hardest to help, A4e have a deep rooted belief in local jobs for local people and support those that need A4e’s help and expertise.
