Please note in order to upload and submit your questionnaire online, you must have an entry code, Click Here to register your business to obtain the entry code.
Please note the documents must be saved and uploaded in one of the following file types (supported file types are: *.doc,*.docx, *.pdf, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.gif, *.png, *.mp4, *.ppt, *.pptx, *.xls, *.xlsx)
Please ensure you only complete the category questions you wish to enter – It is worth while spending some time considering the answers to the entry categories. It is also worthwhile considering whether you have entered the correct categories, please apply for as many as you see fit.

Best Small Business Are you a company with a turnover of less than £1million? Can your business demonstrate good performance across every aspect of its business?
Commitment to the Community Does your business positively impact the local community over and above its core business in terms of the environment, local employment, local education or charitable work?
Best Woman in Business Are you someone who has stood out from the crowd, someone that can be relied upon? Are you a mentor and/or a coach?
Best Young Entrepreneur Are you someone that doesn't follow the pack - an individual whose actions have had a dramatic effect on their own life and in turn impacted the business they work in and the local business community over the past two years?
Best New Business Has your business been trading less than three years? Can you demonstrate that your business has potential and capacity for future significant growth?
Award for Innovation Is your business innovative? Do you have a unique product/service?
